Max G. Anderson

Max is a historian, educator, and researcher of American history specializing on the Civil War and Reconstruction periods in Georgia. Prior to following his passion for history, Max built a  thirty years career in the Financial Services and Mortgage Banking Industry. He was a financial advisor with Fortune 500 Company, Prudential Insurance Company of America.  Max provided portfolio management, financial literacy, and retirement planning for families and businesses. Prior to that, he served as Vice-President of Ambanc First Mortgage, marketing to realtors and providing mortgage financing for home buyers. He currently serves on the Board of the Cascade Business and Merchants Association. Max is a graduate of Morehouse College.  He has served as Vice-President of the Atlanta Chapter of the Morehouse College Alumni Association. He is married and the father of three children.
